Further information
The Lentegí canyon offers two descent options: the classic section and the full route. These canyons cater to different experience levels and time constraints, while both offer stunning scenery and a variety of natural obstacles. The classic section is the most common and accessible option. It's a moderately challenging descent, lasting approximately four hours, and is recommended for active individuals in good physical condition with no prior canyoning experience. However, it's important to know how to swim and be comfortable in the water. This section features the most aesthetically pleasing and aquatic parts of the canyon, with optional jumps, natural slides, swimming in clear pools, and several medium-height rappels. The route is continuous and dynamic, ideal for those who want to enjoy a complete canyoning experience without it being excessively long or demanding. The full route covers the entire canyon, from its head to the end of the classic section, offering a longer and more technical experience. It lasts approximately 5 to 6 hours and is of medium-high difficulty, making it especially suitable for people in good physical condition with prior experience in mountain activities or canyoning. This section includes wilder, less-traveled areas with downclimbs, additional jumps, progressively narrow canyons, and a greater number of rappels, some of them longer and more technical. The progression is more demanding and continuous, making this full section an ideal option for those seeking a greater challenge and complete immersion in the natural environment. The activity is always conducted with professional guides and all necessary technical equipment is included. Weather conditions and water flow are assessed beforehand to ensure the group's safety.
